This is restaurant is close to the hotel where I stayed. I would not recommend the hotel but I would this restaurant. The staff was great as was the food. Worth the time to enjoy.

Not sure why my expectations were low but boy was I wrong. We had a wonderful meal here. Service was awesome we had a great guy named Tyler who was super attentive and always asked if we had any questions. The food was well seasoned, tasty, perfectly cooked and hot. Everyone was very nice and honestly it was a great... More
We traveled down to visit our daughter, who lives in Boston. We stayed at this Holiday Inn specifically because it had a restaurant, and as far as chains go, we have always enjoyed Carrabba's. BIG MISTAKE! Our server, Heather, was a train wreck. She was disengaged, though we made it clear that we were celebrating Christmas early with one of... More
We had a girls get together here for dinner & everything was great! A few of us were dieting & they had delicious Salads & the Italian Chicken Lettuce wraps were great! One of the girls got the Chicken Trio & there was so much, that she had enough for lunch the next day. Our server Chris was so fun... More
We had a reservation for a party of about 12 people on a weeknight around 5pm. Overall the waitstaff took care of us and the food came out properly (with minimal issues, none of which we complained about.) The only real issue we had is the waitress suddenly came at us with one check at the very end without asking... More
Brought family for late lunch. We eat out quite a bit at wide range of restaurants, and we used to love Carrabba's, but the place has gone downhill drastically since we had been here before years ago. I also work in a restaurant and can see that things are bad. FOOD: Poor to mediocre. Had alfredo dish with chicken and... More
the menu is varied which is good. the pizza is thin and a bit greasy. the alfredo was good. the bread/oil is very yummy! the staff is very friendly and professional.
Nothing too special - We were staying at the Holiday Inn (to which the restuarant is attached) and decided it was the easiest option for a late-ish dinner. Service was fine, food was average for an Italian chain restaurant. The biggest disappointment was that, while the hotel & restaurant are attached, they are NOT connected by a door/walkway - you'll... More
We have dined at Carrabba's a few times (including a few times here). Recently, my daughter and I stopped by for dinner. The menu selections were just OK (surprisingly, very few options for vegetarians). No eggplant parm. :-( Our server seemed brand new - he was nervous and he had to repeat our order a few times to make sure... More
