All the food is great! Although it is always busy, seats open quickly, but it is very small. Just be aware, no credit, cash only!

A very early Sunday morning run to the airport had us looking for someplace open early to grab a simple breakfast. We found a classic silver diner, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Our waitress was friendly (had worked there 38 years). Food was fast hot and reasonably priced. Everything you want in a diner. Next time skip the Golden Arches... More

At 5:30am on a Sunday morning driving back from Logan Airport, there's not much to find for breakfast options off I-95, but this pristine-condition diner serves up a quick, hot breakfast in an atmosphere heightened by the chrome, jukebox selections at your table, and waitress who's worked the Agawam Diner for 38 years who calls you "hon" and "sweetheart." Solid... More

Cash only!!! The burgers and fries are tasty, but I have had better from other diners and not good enough to beat out fast food chains due to pricing. Would give it $$ for pricing. The hash at breakfast was homemade but I prefer canned hash better. The eggs lacked some taste i.e they probably weren't local or organic. The... More

Great diner experience! Friendly staff, lots of local folks eat here as well as people from miles around. Great value and great food for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Their pies are famous and awesome! Highly recommend this family friendly diner! Great location!

I have eaten here many times over the years. The meals are all cooked to order and perfection on site. At Agawam, the waitresses do not write down what you ordered, no matter if you are dining alone or you have 8 people in your party, the have a remarkable memory! Also, they are in charge over the chefs and... More

I will start this review off by saying that the food from Agawam is not horrible. It is your stereotypical diner food. Their desserts are actually quite delicious especially the pies. That is the reason why I gave this place two stars instead of one. However, the service here is enough to make one horrified. One of my family members... More

Good food, good atmosphere, good service, good friends, good times! You won't be disappointed. Some say their French fries are to die for, but they're not as crispy as I like. Definitely save room for a piece of pie! You can order ahead, when you order your meal, and they'll set aside a piece for you to enjoy after.

Stopped by the Agawam for lunch today .Never disappointed! I had a tuna melt with fries. Delicious! When you would like a no nonsense good meal with no frills, the Agawam is the place for you!
