Arcadia in Battle Creek has the best pizza, wood-fired in a brick oven. Great appetizers and specials as well.

We love Arcadia Ales and frequent the Battle Creek restaurant (as well as several other brew pubs in the area). It was nice to finally make it to the new Arcadia in Kalamazoo for drinks and dinner. The new restaurant is sleek and well designed. The windows towards the river gave us a great view! And as always the beer... More

I love this place and their beers but my visit tonight after traveling 350+ miles left alot to be desired. I was greeted(not really by the bartender, "An") and ordered a beer. I was served the beer and never asked if I wanted a menu. Had to wait until my first beer was almost done when I was asked if... More

This was our first visit to Arcadia. Was there on a Thursday, mid afternoon, and the atmosphere was very nice. Very friendly staff. Didn't have any food, but there is a nice beer selection. Will definitely go back when we get the chance.

Nice selection of beer, good pizza and burgers. Noisy place and overall food was so-so. But a nice oasis in a what is generally a gritty downtown in a rust-belt city. Maybe best thing is the place is so loud and open, going with kids is ideal and easy.

Saturday nite out in Battle Creek. Arcadia crowded, but always a good seat to be found. Numerous excellent brews to sample, great food, too. Had the Cuban sandwich, one of the best ever. Excellent service, and several big screens to watch Olympics. Come on in!

In Battle Creek for business and ate dinner at the Arcadia Brewing company. Our waitress recommended the pizza, said that was what they were famous for. Great recommendation. They wood fire their pizzas, I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Terrific choice, I ate every slice and probably could have had another one. The one downside is that this is... More

Stopped in for a craft beer and ended up getting a pizza. It was really good. They have a pizza oven where you can watch them baking.

We were staying at Firekeepers Casino for my cousins bday and she decided on Arcadia for dinner. Very cool location in downtown Battle Creek, nice selection of their craft beers and some tasty brick oven pizzas. Our server was friendly but somewhere between her taking my order and giving it to the kitchen it must have been misplaced because I... More

Description
Located in the main drag in downtown Battle Creek, the original Arcadia Brewing Company boasts a cozy, classic pub style. Handcrafted award-winning British-inspired ales fuse with innovative and eclectic wood-fired cuisine and brick-oven pizzas.

For over 20 years, Arcadia Ales has been committed to a British Inspired – American Brewed stable of beers. We aspire to brew beers that achieve brilliance through balance – ales that satisfy the senses with complex flavor while providing pure refreshment that leaves you wanting more.

In 1996, our first 25 barrel batch was brewed on a Brick Kettle Brewing System from England at our Battle Creek, MI location. Fast-forward – today every batch is produced in our 50 barrel American-made brewhouse at our Kalamazoo Riverfront Brewery, Pub and Garden. Our 20th Anniversary in 2016 ushered in a new era of brewing possibilities with the installation of two new 100bbl closed fermentation tanks giving us the ability to use new yeast strains while we continue to brew classic Arcadia Ales using our distinctive, proprietary yeast strain in our traditional, open fermenters. The ability to brew with new yeast strains opens up the Arcadia Brewing Company portfolio of offerings, allowing our brewers to be creative in ways that were not previously accessible and broadening the scope of beers produced. With these changes, we still keep our promise to use only the finest domestic and English malted barley, along with the highest quality hops available from the Pacific Northwest and Michigan.

While we take great pride in Arcadia’s ales, our pubs and kitchens have built up a mighty fine reputation of their own. Arcadia in Battle Creek has become a favorite for BBQ made fresh daily on our Southern Pride smoker as well as wood fired pizzas made in a brick oven from Italy. If you can’t make up your mind about trying the BBQ or the pizza, don’t worry. Just order the BBQ Chicken or Pork pizza and get your hands on both.
