This very casual, busy restaurant is in the heart of Greektown in Detroit! The food is very good, but a little on the pricey side for the portion sizes. I like that you get a variety of BBQ sauces on every table to try on your meats. No dessert offered on menu but encouraged to go two doors down to... More

We had dinner here and the best part was trying all the different sauces on the BBQ chicken. They had 5 different flavors from honey sweet to chipotle spicy. The service was friendly, the restaurant decor was casual (as expected from a BBQ spot) and the jalapeno cornbread muffins are a MUST!

Fish bites appetizer was great. A nice selection of beer. Homey interior. Experienced courteous waitstaff. Gumbo is a meal in itself. A variety of BBQ sauces were available. My favorite was the Cherry Molasses.

Everything we ordered was Fantastic!! I will definitely return, recommend to friends, and bring friends here. It was something for every appetite ...there were also vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options on the menu. In addition to the food being great , it was a great atmosphere.

We ordered chicken and brisket, and both were good. I don't like fatty meat, but don't like it dry either - the brisket was just right. Good smokey flavor and a good selection of sauces. The hot drink my wife ordered was two servings, so the extra drink came in a thermos that kept it hot - nice touch. The... More

Decent old style bbq. the brisket and chicken taste nice enough but really need the provided BBQ sauces to take them to a better level.

Who would have thought there would have been a soul food restaurant nestled in the middle of Greek Town? Tried this place yesterday evening and was pleasantly surprised. I had rib tips, mac & cheese along with home made BBQ potato chips; my brother had the rib combo, andouille sausage and mac & cheese and mom had the catfish combo... More

They have the most amazing pulled pork! The chicken and brisket are really good too. They have several different sauces on the table so u get to try them all and choose what you like. The sides are really good, the service was great and the prices are decent.

I went here with colleagues after a conference day. Good if a little pricey BBQ but had five sauces that were all different and regional on the table which I am a sucker for. Perhaps more than he BBQ meats the jalapeño cornbread and Mac and cheese were standouts. Very tight seating on a Saturday night.
