Picked the restaurant based on the menu listed on its website. The menu we were given had a much smaller selection to chose from. We chose the 5 course dinner; which was delicious but each dish was dropped off at our table without an explanation as to what it was. You don't get to pick. We had to ask what... More

We were looking to grab a drink before the international wine beer and food festival down the street. The wine selection was large, unique, and may have been a bit confusing to someone who is not a frequent wine consumer (or receives no direction, as in our case). We sat at the bar for a few minutes and pulled a... More

Nothing beats the feast to the senses that the Reserve Wine and Food in GR serves. From the L. Mawby bubbly which paired well with the tortelli...oooh oooh oohmm... the flavors exploded in the mouth. Seven of Hearts Pinot Noir paired well with the green collards salad and shark fin dinner. Ask for degree of intensity of spiceness when ordering... More

We stayed at the Amway Grand and decided on stopping in to the Reserve for a quick bit as it directly across the street from the hotel. My wife had a glass of Riesling which we found a little on the pricey side at $18 per glass and listed at $72 a bottle which is about average for the Reserve... More

My wife and I stopped in Reserve during ArtPrize looking to get away from the crowds and rain. I'd been to Reserve several times before and have always been very satisfied with their lunch menu. This visit was no different. The downstairs seating is always a little louder than upstairs, but there isn't a seat where you can't have a... More

This wine bar has a modern, open feel. As one might expect from a wine bar, wine is the star - nice selection of wines and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about the wines and the foods. I especially like the variety of cheeses and how well the staff can guide based on your preferences and the wines selected.

We had dinner at Reserve a couple of weekends ago for my best friend's bachelorette party. They sat us in a private room next to a wine vault. They were kind, and even gave us free champaign when they thought they had made us wait too long. I would recommend for a fancy ladies night out or a great date... More

"Major disappointment" would be the words used to describe this establishment. First off, they made a huge fuss that our group would have 16 members; we tried to make reservations a few times the week prior to our visit, and it was only at the last minute that they said they could "squeeze us in" under the pretense that we'd... Went to the reserve during Art Prize. It is in a great location next to the Amway Grand. Great place for trying different wines- but pricey. They offer "taste" of wines that are between $3-7. It is just that - a swallow of wine. Food is the reason for this low rating. Very minimal menu. Had nuts and pickles and... More

We agree with many of the other reviewers......Reserve is pretentious, touts their wine list (which lacks our favorites from the Mosel Valley or even a decent Russian River), and has atrocious service. It's been almost a year since we were there so I don't remember what we ordered. I do remember the poor service with an attitude. They really need... More
