4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 November 2016

Free slices of bread. Not for the diabetically-impaired. Friendly-young staff helps keep cost down. Good place for $7 gift bread. And cookies the size of cakes. Had not been in one for a number of years.

Cherry Chicken Salad on Multi-Grain...that's the one. I've eaten here innumerable times and each and every time I am more than satisfied, ESPECIALLY WITH THE COOKIES! Every bakery item is homemade...right on site, fresh. I confess I am not a huge bread connoisseur, but I am a sandwich snob in general and I do know a good cookie when I... More

I was looking for a place for lunch/dinner and this filled the bill. I highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent food, excellent service, great experience. I had the French Onion Soup - delicious. And a burger. Very good!

They have many bakery items to purchase for NOW or LATER. I use them for gifts or to bring to events. I love their Energy Bars near the cashier for $2.00 each. They come in peanut butter or almond butter and with or without chocolate chips. I cannot even begin to mention all of the goodies but favorites also include... More

I frequent GHB 2 times/month for their Challah (Golden Raisin to die for- only during the high hold days!), Dakota Bread, and the highly addictive Cinnamon Swirl. Always flavorful, baked daily, super-friendly staff, and 'rewards' card with every 5 loaves. Best place for yeast breads!
