This is a great place, the stay we had, although short was enjoyable. The only issue we came across was that we had booked the family room and got given another as there was a double booking. This was not a problem and the staff...More

We stumbled on the White Hart Inn accidentally on purpose as it was the only ale house in walking distance of our camp site. What a treat. We visited twice. Once for drinks and once for Sunday dinner. The food was to die for. The...More

Quaint village pub tucked away off beaten track. Car parking, family friendly, welcoming staff. Good menu, reasonably priced. Steak pie was superb!

I've been dining at this great pub for neatly thirty years and stayed for a couple of nights last year. I booked around a week ago for a night in August only to be called back today to say that they'd made a mistake, already...More

Well when you are the only pub you don't have to be the best to be number one in town. Having said that if there were twenty pubs in town other than the locals becoming alcoholics the white Hart would still be number one. They...More

This pub came highly recommended but was highly disappointing. It was busy and buzzy but clearly not enough staff to cope. The starters were ok but two of the main courses were nothing short of terrible, some duck incinerated and a salad that looked like...More

There is only one pub in village, but it's great for food / drinks, not really a drinks only venue, Stamford 5 miles away a better option. 20 plus pubs and bars including the "Wine Bar" which is great.
