We visited for the first time in late December. It was a late dinner for us about 7-8pm. We were setted by large windows at the front of the restaurant. It was pretty even at night. We normally keep our meals simple, like steak and potatoes. This night we decided to try something a little different. We tried the Roman... More

Nice place to dine, very expensive. Deserts are brought out on a tea cart to be displayed. The deserts themselves are expensive, for such a small portion. These are the same people that own nearby Scotty's restaurant we were told. The food is good, but terrible expensive.

We visited this restaurant over the holidays. Over the years we have visited it many times. It seems to be loosing it more each year. Even though there were few people in the restaurant the service was very slow. The food was barely warm and really not presented in an appealing manner. We have heard the restaurant is for sale... We had a very good dinner and really enjoyed watching the boats across the street. It is a nice atmosphere, attentive waitresses, and at a reasonable value.

The only thing this restaurant has going for it is the view of the marina. Service was slow and not at all friendly on the Saturday evening we visited. We arrived after dark, so we did not have the opportunity for enjoy the marina view. Two of us ordered potato- crusted walleye and it was overcooked to the point of... More

Delicious meal and friendly service from start to finish, all while viewing the marina at sunset. And just when I thought it couldn't get any better, when our server brought over the dessert tray - they had a gluten-free chocolate cake AND it was VERY good! We will definitely go back next time we're in the area!

Stop in for dinner this past Saturday and was greeting with a feeling that I was at home. Enjoyed conversation with my server and my choice of wine was agreeable with my excellent crab stuffed Tilapia, garlic smashed potatoes and crisp green beans. Decided to finish my fine and refreshing meal with turtle cheesecake and coffee... it was a battle,... More

We were so disappointed. We came to celebrate our anniversary dinner. My husband and I ordered the stuffed tilapia with mashed redskin potatoes. The fish and the stuffing was completely bland with no flavor. My husband and I both grabbed the salt and pepper shakers which did not help. It was like they forgot to put any seasonings in the... I made the mistake of choosing to celebrate my birthday dinner at this place, and my wife and I could not have been more underwhelmed, to put it lightly. If it were not for the location PM Steamers would have sunk long ago. Thinking that this would be an “upscale” dining experience I was dismayed to find that the mahi-mahi... More

We had the Italian Whitefish and Potato Walleye. Both dishes were very well prepared. The Small Michigan and Cesar salads went well with the main course. A Michigan wine, Late Harvest Reisling was a good compliment to the fish dishes. Located across the street from the municipal marina with Lake Michigan theme. Upscale dining resulting in a $75.00 bill for... More
