Like most people, we don't drop $100 for dinner for two very often. In the past, we have done so when we could at Le Becasse because the food and service were very special- terrific regional French country fare in a Michigan country farmhouse. On...More

We decided that we would splurge and have a meal at one of the costlier dining establishments in the Glen Arbor area. This is the one that we chose and we weren't disappointed. When we arrived, we asked our server, Mark, for a recommended bottle...More

Great French food, but the ambiance of a old cinder block building and noise level was discouraging.

We visited for a Saturday night dinner. Reservations are recommended. Appetizers were great: excellent olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Large wine selection. Food was excellent and waitstaff was knowledgeable. Ambiance is one of a kind.

Cocktails were perfectly mixed and the burgundy wine, selected for us from a superb wine cellar, was delicious. Service was very good: friendly and accommodating. Entrees were prepared beautifully...More

Very mediocre in every way. Decor and atmosphere were boring. Food definitely nothing special and our party of five all had different meals. Desserts were better than the entrees. The service was good though.

My husband and I came here for dinner, after reading great reviews. The service was slow and not necessarily at the level that the restaurant tries to be. The cheese plate was good, but the portion could have been just a little more generous. For...More
