Certificate of Excellence2017 - 2018 Winner

Location and contact

First Polish and Sri Lankan restaurant in Central America. Our menu comprises of slow cooked curries as well as house made pierogis and samosas, all freshly prepared from scratch every morning. We support our local community and most of our ingredients are supplied from farms in Leon and the local market. However, to make sure we deliver the most authentic flavour we also import spices from abroad that cannot be found in Nicaragua. Our other passion is craft beer and at this moment we can proudly say that we offer 35 Nicaraguan craft beers from 8 Nicaraguan breweries. We also house 10 drafts from 3 Nicaraguan breweries and offer flights for our clients who wish to sample a little of everything.

To be honest we weren't expecting much, as this restaurant was in the middle of Leon. But we were SO surprised! Everything we had was delicious and tasted authentic. So much so, that we returned on our last night for another go. The Kheema was...More

The best restaurant in León. The food was lovely, just wish I could have tried more. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, we really loved the prints on the wall, and the courtyard just added to the experience. The owners were so friendly and...More

The polish sri lankan fusion style food was very good ( we had the quesadillas and the vegan samosas) They were very delicious. The setting was nice with the small courtyard. We can only recommend the place

The food is really good, as a vegetarian I had many good options. Besides that the place is beautiful. Beer is a bit expensive though.

We recently went during Semana Santa (and I'm so happy it was open!) and had a wonderful lunch. I ordered a chicken curry, my husband had a shrimp dish and my mother ordered the pirogies. The mushroom pirogies were SO good. The curries were also...More

We enjoy going here from time to time, but I must say, the owners have raised the bar of excellence quite a bit. The new menu has quite a few more tasty dishes to choose from. The food itself is not only prepared to perfection...More

I would say that this is currently the best restaurant in Leon. On this recent 10 day trip, I ate there 3 times (would have been 4 but they are closed on Sundays). I kept meaning to try the Polish food but was always drawn...More
