We stayed at Le Chevrefeuille bed and breakfast which was a wonderful experience. Our dinner there one evening was amazing and this was icing on the cake.

We stayed in one of the self catering cottages at Le Chevrefeuille for two weeks over the summer and ate at Ian's restaurant every night it was open. We ate here three times. Each time was a four course meal. From a superb confit duck, roast chicken to the fish on the final visit, everything was cooked beautifully. Ian and Sara were the perfect hosts for our day of cooking school. From the visit to the local market to preparing and eating our mouth watering food the day was well beyond our expectations. Doing the cooking course with Ian was one of the highlights of my stay in The Dordogne. Ian is a natural teacher and he knows how to cook as well. Would recommend this to anyone.

Open from May until October, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday evenings only. Meal served at 19h30 prompt to all tables, only five tables available on reservation only, bookings well in advance is recommended.We are delighted to offer you a four course set menu on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday evenings at our guesthouse/cookery school. All our menus are sourced and prepared fresh on the day.We serve a fish dish on a Friday, duck on a Sunday and an alternative on a Wednesday. Our Regional Cookery Courses are every Tuesday and Sunday. Please check our Dordogne cookery school website for availability.
