Okay, you shouldn't go here if you are on a diet, but if you want to take a day off, then this is the place. Like a diner in the 1950's, there is a counter that you can sit at and order;or sit at one of the booths throughout the restaurant. My husband loves the Boston Coolers, daughters like the... More

Fun place to take the kids. Expensive for a hamburger, fries and shake, but portions are big and easily split. Milk shakes are to die for.... Kids like to sit on the red stools at the fountain and swivel away! Staff in friendly and efficient.

Went back here for the first time in a long time. Nothing changes! Food was good - seemed to take a lot longer than I remembered though. Had plenty of staff - but they spent a lot of time on their cell phones. Food was good and shakes were good. Would recommend to others. Busy downtown area lots of people... More

Came here for a quick lunch, and wasn't blown away at all. The food was mediocre, and the prices were outrageous. Wasn't impressed.

A Rochester institution and a first job for many a Rochester teen. This place hasn't changed in 25 years nor does it need to. If you don't like the aged-ness of it, don't go. Great hamburgers, malts, onion rings. Did I mention the onion rings? They are big, crispy, and the best in the county. Go with no expectations for... More

This is a small old fashioned diner that reminds you of the 50 @ 60's hangouts. Old fashioned malted milk shakes as well as regular shakes. Yhe delicious hamburgers are large.

Love love love the hamburgers here. I remember going here as a child an believe the burgers were bigger (could be a childs memory). The malts are excellent too. Can't go wrong eating here.

This is a throwback to the '50's and a fun place to grab the best burger and shake in the area. This is NOT fast food and burgers are to die for as their buns are made fresh everyday from the bakery next door. The milk shakes are hand made with real ice cream and milk. Be prepared to be... More

This throw back is a pleasant dining experience. Great burger, fries and malteds. Style in the 1940's motif it is a downtown Rochester main stay. Always filled and buzzing with activity. It is like a old time soda/snack shop. Great place.

An old fashioned dairy bar. If you want a good quality hamburger on a homemade bun, this is the place for you! Through in some onion rings and a fresh made milkshake and you may think you have died and gone to heaven!!
