The windows of this restaurant overlook the locks park. Ships entering or leaving the MacArthur lock can be seen easily, The food is very good upscale restaurant food. Service is very good. At times the park across the street hosts concerts. the retaining wall and the lock make an excellent amphitheater and a beautiful setting.

We stayed at the Ramada Ojibwa and this breakfast was part of the package. So much nicer than the average microwaveable continental breakfast offered at most hotels these days. Friendly wait staff with a beautiful view of the Soo Locks.

My meal was to come with Alfredo. I received a plate of spaghetti in a salty white sauce. I notified our server that something tasted odd and that my Alfredo should be made with linguine noodles. She told me that the kitchen informed her they were out of linguine noodles and garlic. They had made the Alfredo sauce and substituted... More

My husband and I visited on a weeknight in October. The dining room is part of the Ramada and overlooks the locks. While visiting the locks, we had seen the windows of the restaurant full of people, so we thought it might be a good place for dinner. NO! Perhaps for tea or a snack, but dinner was awful. The... Place stinks from old carpet. Can't see the boats for the trees in the park. Food wasn't bad but need more waiters.

Have been here several times and never had a bad experience. This time I found the menu very limited and the room understaffed. The hotel was full the night before and the night we were there but service was very slow.

Saw the scrolling special from the street for prime rib. So went back to eat dinner. Service great, prime a little tough. Love the atmosphere.

I've been here several times over the past few years. The food is good. The atmosphere is very nice, almost borderline formal, even though it is a casual restaurant.

Got seated right away, after 20 minutes we walked out. No server ever came to table. Wait staff seemed to be preoccupied with everthing but customers. Only 15 patrons in restaurant. Would not try this one again

A Great View in a quiet setting across from the Soo Locks and Soo Locks park. Good ood at a reasonable price. The staff was very good but they were understaffed the night we went for dinner. Time between the different items of a meal can be nice but that night it was a little too long. But when the... More
