Walked up the road from the holiday cottage to this pub, well presented but flies on the ceiling and walls, drinks not really good value and the bar is not welcoming. There are far better things to do nearby!More

Always spotless, picturesque with its beautifully kept hanging baskets. Staff welcoming, helpful - nothing too much trouble. Chef a charming Scot & the food excellent. Go there regularly.

Had dinner here with a few family members. We all had the carvery and enjoyed our meals. The veg was lovely and not overcooked at all. Friendly and helpful staff. Large car park

Dogs are allowed in the bar area, but the restaurant. There is a childrens play area outside, but not sure whether dogs are allowed in there.
