Four adults & one year old for Sunday lunch. Very friendly & efficient staff, good quality carvery + nice selection of vegetables. Good choice of well kept ales.

I went with my wife and son to the King William IV, not having been there for some years. This was a revelation: excellent friendly helpful staff, top quality food! Will DEFINITELY return soon!

Our third visit for a family Sunday lunch. The staff were friendly, the service good and the price of the carvery reasonable, though some deserts are a bit expensive. Would certainly return.

As regulars for lunch it's always lovely ... staff very friendly and food is always delicious. Went for the Sunday carvery today and again delicious... pork and beef and lots of hot and tasty potatoes and veg. We will be back.
