I have eaten at El Loro several times and always had good service and the food is good mexican. I recommend it

Spent the afternoon with family. The food was cooked to perfection. Servings were adequate. Ambience was nice and tables were clean. The staff were kind and sensitive.
El Loro had something for everyone. I got the seafood nachos and had enough for one or two more meals afterward! Two friends we ate with have larger appetites and finished their entrees but complained of overeating....

Bartender was polite and checked often. Convenient location for hotel guest in surrounding areas. Although we just went there for drinks, the food served to customers around us made us reconsidered if we wanted food or not. But we just had complimentary chips instead. Bonus!...More
This is one of our favorite tasting Mexican restaurants, but the customer service is terrible. We've tried to give them a the benefit of the doubt a few time, even when they weren't busy, and they continue to disappoint. Not worth going back.
