I've had better, I've had worse. Would I return? Not really thought the sauces are novelty and range from sweet to searing and the meat is prepared to be a foil.

I have eaten here several times and have always had really good food. I love the pulled pork on the Texas toast (this is 'bigger' of the sandwiches). The sauces are all great, so it is hard to chose only a couple. The last couple...More

Stopped for a quick lunch after what might have been a busy lunch. One person at counter taking orders and most tables cluttered and no bussed. Had brisket sandwiches and pretty good but the place is very industrial. We came away pretty disappointed. Lots of...More

This place is not fancy, but the food is quite good. My husband and I split the 3 meat plate, which had brisket, pull pork and smoked chicken. The chicken was a little dry, but th pork and brisket were both delicious. The brisket was...More

A smaller dining area, but a great brisket. I ordered the brisket meal with cornbread and mac & cheese. Cornbread was very good. Not a big fan of their mac & cheese. It was ok though. The brisket could have been hotter. It was served...More

Rack shack BBQ is so good. We have ordered food for parties a few times and it never disappoints. The pulled pork and brisket are so good. They smoke it for 14 hours. It is real BBQ with all of the traditional sides offered. They...More

Their hobo is their flagship staple - a baked potato on steroids - and it's a must-try if you're a foodie. Their meats are legit. Brisket, pork, chicken all good! Yummy sides and delicious house-made sauces. This place will kill your bbq hunger pangs with...More

I went here with my family and we got cornbread, pulled pork and brisket. They have at least 10 different types of sauses too. They play the oldies too.

The brisket was moist and very tender. The service was great and I will go back again. Great choices of BBQ sauce. The only thing that I found was the prices were a little high for the amount of meat on the sandwich.

My husband, who has celiac disease, gets the pork platter without bread. I am not aware of any gluten-free sandwiches.

Locally owned, locally sourced ingredients. 14 hours of slow smoking for southern style BBQ. This is a rare find in Minnesota. A real gem! Also, this was featured on Man vs. Food on the Travel Channel recently.
