If you like mussels, you have to try their bar snack or main. Have enjoyed this dish all over Europe and was stunned to find the very best on my doorstep. New chef in town! Sausage rolls in apricot also well worth a try.

We had the worst pub meal here about six years ago, but thought we ought to give it another chance. Beer ok, wine ok, cheaper than the Duchess, but the lighting is far to bright to have a comfortable drink

Visited on a quiet midweek January lunchtime. Staff were friendly and attentive, food service was prompt and the quality of food good. This was our first visit and we will come back.
