Great place to eat in Grand Rapids. Service and food are both good. Right along Highway 2. Nice window options overlooking Forest Lake.

This was a great find for some drinks and a good meal. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious. The view was scenic. You are able to catch a sports game in tv, too! It is not far from the rink and has a great upnorth feel.

Forest Lake Restaurant is a regular eating place of mine when I am working in the Grand Rapids area. Pleasant staff and good food. This is my go to place for breakfast and lunch.

This restaurant has been around forever and is known for its great food. When I am visiting the area, we always go here for lunch to get their wild rice soup and dinner in the steakhouse downstairs for a more upscale meal. Everything has always been delicious. Get a table by the windows for a nice view of the lake.

For a steak house you would think they could at least get the steaks right. They never refilled our drinks our server was awful. This place has really gone down hill.

The restaurant and bar are excellent. The restaurant has great food and is family friendly but I usually prefer to sit in the bar area. The food and service are great in both areas. However, if I am looking for an excellent meal I always make reservations in the lower level steakhouse. It is a smaller venue but is worth... More

Fantastic food and beverage selection. The craft beer selection and very reasonably priced brews. Unreal.

We found this restaurant through a recommendation by the staff at the Super 8. We enjoyed a local fish and the nightly special of pork loin. Portions were generous, the service was quick and friendly, and a window seat gave us a nice view of the river. By the looks and sounds of the conversation with staff, the majority of... More

This was our second visit to this restaurant, both the food & service were excellent. The Forest Lake Dip was probably the best I've ever had along with great French fried. The patty melt was also very good with delicious coleslaw.
