Went here for lunch after seeing the good reviews and I have to say we were really disappointed. It was cold and to me the dining room had no ambience, it felt soulless. Staff were ok. We hadn't booked but there were tables free. Food...More

The best place to eat around. We are lucky enough to have this on our doorstep. The staff are lovely and the food just amazing. Priced appropriately for the standard of food you get. Approx 4.00-7.00 for a starter and 11.00-20.00 for a main. Comfortable...More

Spent a very pleasant evening here in the company of friends. We all chose something different and everyone enjoyed their meal. Good choice of menu, good quantity and good price. Will happily return.

We visited the Queens for lunch as a group of four friends, on Friday 25th January after having a lovely Christmas meal in December. What a disappointment: the service was slow, it was a 60 minute wait before our food was brought to the table...More

The Friday before Xmas. A family gathering. We all chose the fishcake starter which was yummy I followed with the brisket which was divine and after a rest we tried the salted caramel profiteroles. Heaven. Can't wait to return on a quieter night a+

Fabulous meal for hubbys birthday. Food was scrumptious. Staff very accommodating and pleasant, we had small baby twins with us, they helped with extra seats etc. The service was excellent. Highly recommended.

The surrounding area is lovely and you can go for walks around there with a dog, however there isn't really a lot of outside seating for you to sit and have food or a drink while you have a dog unfortunately.
