Great location if you work or stay in downtown. I tried the calamari for appetizer and it is really well done. Fresh and soft. For the main course I had the walleye and it was one of the best walleye I ever had. I was told it came from Canada and was not frozen. It did taste like a fresh... More

My wife and I tend to enjoy sitting at the bar for dinner this night(s) was no exception. We were greeted immediately and provided with a drink and a food menu. The bartender provided us with some specials and comments about a few items on the menu. The food was served after about a cocktail and a half which is... More

I visit Minneapolis several times a year and always put Zelo high on the list. It's a bit pricy but you get great food and service every time. I'm partial to the Wahoo and Salmon, but I enjoyed the Chicken Parm this time and wasn't disappointed. Also loved the bread and Caesar salad!

We did not have reservations but found a table in the bar area which was very comfortable and lively, but not too loud. Service here was excellent - we were offered drinks during the short wait for the table, our waiter was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. We started with scallops with crispy prosciutto - 3 scallops with an... More

What a great red Italian restaurant. I got the parmigiana chicken and it was fantastic. The calimari and crab cakes were good but very similar. I recommend this place highly for the parmigiana.

I certainly would have given this restaurant 5 of 5 for food and service but it was extremely noisy in the dining room. If I want a noisy atmosphere I'll go to a pub down the street. I do not understand why up-scale restaurants like this cannot figure out that many people who come there after a long day or... More

....but I liked the ambience immensely. Beautiful space, friendly staff, nice wine list, and the dinner menu looked inviting; disappointed I had eaten earlier in the evening!

We really liked this sister restaurant to Ciao Bella. It emphasizes locally sourced food. The restaurant also had a decent list of vegetarian options. Plus, it has great dessert. It's located right on the main pedestrian street in downtown Minneapolis. The best part was the friendly staff. MN nice makes things taste that much more delicious. It's great to be... More

5 stars for the experience, stunning restaurant, amazing waitstaff. My toddler's kid size turkey burger was amazing, along with the presentation, my husband's linguine was very good, my chicken fettuccine was OK, I've had better. Still 5 stars, highly recommend!! More for date night, business meeting:)

The Calamari was cooked perfectly.. soft inside and crunchy buttery outside. The crab cakes were great tasting however I usually like it with a little more crust. My boyfriend fell in love with the chicken Parm, the cheese to chicken ratio was on point. The TORTIGLIONI ROSSA might be my new favorite pasta. The portions are mid sized but the... More
