Usually good service was not received today. Short line got to counter quickly. Ordered a loaf of bread to be sliced. Two workers tried to use slicer but didn't know how. 3rd employee tried to tell them how to use it while assisting other customers. Finally after 5 minutes, third employee showed the other two how to slice the loaf.... More

Panera bread is somewhat hidden in a shopping center. I really enjoy their soup and sandwich. This restaurant seems a little smaller than others, but same quality food. Free wifi.

Their soup always hits the spot! I thought I was to meet up with a friend here but had gotten my calendar mixed up. Nevertheless, I was already here and I could not resist. This place has yet to disappoint me. Everything is fresh and delicious! Perfect place to meet up with friends and satisfy your tummy!

Stop in weekly. Great food, great service and friendly staff. Once in a while the coffee gets a bit cool and is right on top of the sugar, creamers, napkins, etc. So does get congested at times. Still the quality of food is outstanding. Especially soup and sandwich and the breakfast Asiago Cheese & Egg sandwich.

Consistent and good tasty, but still very expensive for mass-chain fare. ~$5 for a very small cup of soup is pretty outrageous. But at least you know what you'll get here.

We stopped in for breakfast while visiting the area. Staff were super friendly and the manager kept running around cleaning things up. We were very impressed. Great food like always. Highly recommended.

I got the baked potato soup in a bread bowl. It was delicious. I love their sourdough bread bowls! I also got a chocolate chip cookie was was awesome as well. It was a good dining experience.

We recently had dinner at this restaurant. It was a very cold evening and their hot soup was most welcome. Their sandwich menu is quite good. We have never been disappointed at Panera.

We were staying in the 'suburbs' of Rochester, MN (i.e. 10 minutes from the downtown) and couldn't find many restaurants in the area so we ate at Panera. I don't usually go to Panera, but it was adequate for our needs (i.e., a quick meal at 8:30 PM). The staff was much more friendly and helpful than I am used... More
