we attended last Sunday for the Mount Hawthorn festival and was it busy, busy. We found a table at the bakery, menu was good and reasonable prices, the coffee was good and the kids enjoyed their BLT and burger. The highlight was the lamb and rosemary pie (home made) massive chunks of meat, no fat, great pastry, served on a... More

A great spot for a relaxing weekend breakfast with great service and big portions with quality produce. A great experience.

Whilst on a visit to Perth recently I had breakfast here with my daughter and her husband. When you enter you are pleasantly assaulted with the smells of fresh baked goods. There are many tempting sweet treats on offer along with a good selection of bread. A pleasant cafe inside and some tables outside. I highly recommend the Mushroom quiche,... More

Located on very busy Scarborough Beach Rd in the Mt Hawthorn shopping strip -it's noisy and parking is difficult to find. Service is brisk and friendly. The coffee and breakfast items are above average but in no way exceptional ,except of course for the toast made from their own bread. With an on trend wooden floor the fit out is "now"... More

Had breakfast/brunch here four days in a row whilst visiting friends in Perth. The bread is really stunning. The coffee over the weekend was excellent and one notch lower on the week days. Poached eggs and sour dough was simple and just right. And the bread in the bakery itself is full of variety and brilliance. Can't speak highly enough.

I came here with a friend during the week for breakfast. The cafe was half occupied. The service is friendly and initially prompt; however, after we had finished our meals, they didn't take our empty plates away and instead the plates stayed with us till we left (some 30 mins later). My friend had the scones with cream and ham,... More

I have been here for both breakfast and afternoon tea. The breakfast menu is great, with good variety and our meals were delicious. They also hold a high tea that isn't as posh as some venues but comes with great tea and delicious food and is really great value. A great idea for a group of friends!

My wife purchased a bunch of croissants at this bakery this morning as we were having coffee at a friends house so it was take-away. They looked OK but were heavy, doughy and greasy. Our friends all tried a mouthful but that was it, they rest remained lonely on the plates - Nothing said but the message was clear!

Lovely light lunch. We had a delicious sandwich with fresh ingredients made quickly and with love. Then a super tea and coffee with a small strawberry tart and a chocolate choux pastry. Both were fresh scrumy and a delightful perfect size.

This place is really nice. Bread is absolutely gorgeous and for a french girl like me it was a dream. I never ate bread as good as this one during my trip in Australia so i definitely recommend this bakery. Awesome staff, fresh products, tasty food...
