Stopped for a quick coffee and quiche. The quiche was getting from sand in the leeks. Owner was very unfriendly when told.

Bruno and Fatina run a lovely cafe, they are very friendly and serve lovely coffee !!! they open regularly at 8.30 except Sunday, can't wait till we go back in April
This is in a great spot in the centre of the lovely village of Salema. Great to stop off for a coffee and a pastry or sandwich. We’d walk down from our villa every day and watch the world go by. Fresh orange juice delicious....It’s a very relaxed place - small bakery then outdoor seating in the square. They do typical breakfast items and then sandwiches, salads, chips for lunch. Quiche salad is fabulous. All really good value too. I’d definitely recommend.More
Me and Becky stopped here and was lovely. The pastels were so scrummy and coffee was flavoursome. Staff are pleasant and only down side is lack of immediate view
stumbled upon this cafe after buying groceries at the market. I bought a little almond cake? It was super sweet for my tastes but I’ll probably come back to get coffee at some point. They close early on Sundays.
What a lovely place!!! We had snack lunch here and many visits for delicious coffee and cake!!! You must try the almond cake!!! The owners Bruno and Fatina are so friendly and efficient and make lots of delicious homemade food!!! Try it its right near...the beach and very reasonably priced!!!!More
Lovely reasonably coffee shop to sit outside and people watch, lovely snacks, two minutes from Salema beach.
The cafe has changed owners this year and has cut it's opening hours. The coffees are lovely and the freshly made orange is delicious. A great place to sit, chat and watch the world go by in the lovely centre of Salema.
I can’t speak to the other reviewers who didn’t have a nice experience but I enjoyed stopping here for a nice coffee with a delicious pastry, enjoyed at an outdoor table with a lovely view of Salema beach on a gorgeous late summer morning today....Service was moderately speedy and very polite. If there were tons of bakeries in town maybe you would try a few but these guys are the main players and they’re doing a nice job.More
We had to wait more than 1 hour for some sandwiches, so slow service. It is cheap but you have to ruin the whole midday
