Excellent and authentic Mexican food for a reasonable price. They have a huge menu to choose from. My family and I love this restaurant. It's one of our favorites. We highly recommend it.

We have eaten at El Maguey on numerous occasions. They have a good variety of Mexican food at reasonable prices. While my wife generally orders the same thing I order a variety of items and have never been disappointed. Service is always good and the atmosphere is relaxing.

My family and I tried El Maguey for a change this week and I was not impressed. For starters the chips and salsa are not flavorful. I ordered a tamale, chicken enchilada, and Spanish rice combo. The tamale was very dry and barely had any meat. The chicken enchilada also lacked ample amounts of meat and had way too much... More

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Food was tasty however it was drenched in sauce and beans. Busy place, after we arrived several large groups came in after us. Good service and inexpensive lunch combos.

The staff here is very friendly; you are given large portions for very cheap. My boyfriend and I came here for lunch and for both of us it was only $16 including a tip!

Really busy on a Friday night but we were seated quickly, served quickly and the food came out pronto! I loved the menu range and the quality was very good. No wonder it was busy and deservedly so if our experience is the norm.

I've been eating at me at El Maguey ever since they opened. I moved away, but when I'm in town I always try to stop and eat. The food was good as always when I was there this time, Service wasn't as good. I ran out of tea. Never did get a refill.

We enjoyed a very good lunch at El Maguey and I chose the three sauce Banderos burrito. It was stuffed with goodies including beef, chicken and pork. Too much to eat but very good. The chips and salsa were good but nothing special. The salsa was hot and flavorful but the chips were thick and not to my liking. Cheers

There's an excellent menu with many choices for any mood of Mexican food. We tend to get the enchiladas. Complimentary chips & good salsa are automatically provided. This is a very good clean Mexican restaurant with a really decent a la carte menu included, so any extras you want like one taco or enchilada or tamal, or sour cream or... More
