I stumbled on this place one evening. It has a quirky but cool decor and some great food. The oyster hoagy/sandwich is yummy.

My husband and I have been here a few times. The food is always good and authentic New Orleans. The atmosphere is fun. It is NOT fancy, so casual attire is fine. Decor is interesting. Staff is friendly. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a New Orleans food fix.

Oh, my, what a meal we had! The Shrimp & Grits were amazing, as were the Char-Grilled Oysters! Truly amazing! We also tried the Jambalaya, Gumbo, and Red Beans and Rice -- they were good, but not great. This restaurant was almost reason enough to return to St. Louis!

The bartender at our hotel recommended this place, so my friend and I decided to go. The place is old and looks like a dive, but it is a real gem. One look at the menu and I couldn't decide what I wanted. I needed one of everything, but that wasn't going to happen. I've only had savory cheesecake one... More

I come here whenever I get a chance. Their voodoo shrimp is phenomenal and their lobster po'boy is top notch. They also have great gator bites and alligator cheesecake. My husband loves the gumbo and red beans and rice. Expect to wait a while on weekends! Fun atmosphere and close to games! Enjoy!

Have been here several times. Always have had a delicious meal. Stay late on weekends for live music. Feels like you're at a beach side restaurant in the middle of St. Louis.

Fests are usually pretty crowded but well worth the food. Plenty of space to hang out and listen to live music while you wait for your table. I've been going to their festivals for a few years and have always had a great time.

We are delighted to read that you enjoy our monthly food festivals. As you know, we have a different festival every month other than during the month in which Mardi Gras falls and October which we always keep free for Cardinal playoff baseball! We have a festival coming up this weekend, January 20 and 21, for oysters and crab legs... More
