The restaurant is a bit eclectic as it once was a shoe factory. But the renovation is very creative not to mention the food! A very enjoyable experience with a wide range of generations dining there. The poached pear & fig flatbread was wonderful. My...More

Wasn't sure what kind of restaurant we were going to. Kind of a business dinner. Inside is very comfortable, as it reminded me of some great Chicago neighborhood restaurants. We were seated promptly. Had a round of beers, although the selection is very limited. Then...More

You shouldn't miss this place for dinner. It was hopping when we were there, but the service was excellent. And the food was delicious - everything from the soups, the fish, the pastas, to the very large bread pudding with caramel sauce. Yum.

According to Google maps it's about 5 minutes--with some traffic. It also says it's 1 mile. There is a lot of traffic on this route and you would want to drive it...not walk.
