The menu here is inventive and fresh and the staff is very friendly. There's a reason for the wait for a table, but the food is completely worth it. The menu has the traditional breakfast favorites, plus many creative dishes. I had two poached eggs with hollandaise over a hash made from potatoes, beets, chick peas and carrots...it was excellent.... More

Pastries (many gluten free) in the coffee bar part were amazing! Food was good, wasn't awesome. Blood orange juice was awesome. AvoTom Benedict pretty good, potatoes were fried a little more than necessary. Summer sausage Benedict was mediocre. Hollaindaise was good. We'd go back!

The menu always looks so interesting that I order something that should be great ;-- and am usually disappointed. I like the atmosphere, I like what they are trying to do - but they just don't pull it off that well.

Have always enjoyed great food, perfect lattes and friendly service at Nova Cafe in Bozeman. It is my favorite place for brunch with my sons. We go regularly on the weekends when we are in town. It's usually very busy on weekends but the wait to be seated is well worth it.

Nova has a really nice atmosphere, friendly staff and a diverse and eclectic breakfast menu. I had the burrito and was stuffed. Good coffee too!

Love the menu and the specials, it's generally very busy, especially on the weekends, though. I love the benedicts, they don't skimp on the sauce, which is very important.

We went to Bozeman for a high school basketball game and found this wonderful place. On Saturday they just serve brunch. We ordered the shrimp and grits, blue corn pancakes and forbidden hash with tofu and avocado. Each dish was absolutely delicious. The rest of the menu is very creative. I have to say that this is one of the... More
