We arrived at this restaurant at about noon. Street parking was easy. It was Saturday and traffic was not bad. It looks small from the front but is quite deep once you enter. There was no wait so we were seated quickly. It looks like this place was once a bar but now they don't serve alcohol. My wife ordered... More

Three of us went for breakfast this morning, and it was a good choice. The California Benedict was good, hollandaise could have been a bit more seasoned, but it was good. Pancakes were great and the grilled smiley face is a cute addition. I wish there were more booths, better for families, but it was comfortable. The waitress was friendly... More

They did an amazing job. Our owner said that it was so easy to put together that a cave man could do it lol

Went to Split Rock with my girls for breakfast on a Saturday morning and was seated immediately. Service was suburb and the food tasted great. Everyone walked away full. Our waitress was very attentive and our glasses were always full. I'm sure we will be back for many more wonderful meals in the future. As always, happy brainstorming and safe... More

A nice Cafe in an old building. Food was really good. I had the Turkey Melt with fries and my friend had the Reuben with Fries. Loved the Caramelized onions and the mustard on the Turkey Ruben. Service was really nice. Clean tables. Great vintage building and decor. If I offered a criticism it would be to get someone to... More

I've had breakfast there three times now and every time the food, the service and the atmosphere has been excellent. Besides the standard breakfast fare, they have fabulous signature dishes like breakfast burritos and homemade sausage gravy on their cheddar and jalapeno biscuits. Everyone's meals have been delicious. Strongly recommended!

Split Rock has great food and wonderful service. It is located in an historic building in downtown Kalispell. The refurbished building is reason enough to stop in because it is stunning. Add to that the delicious and varied menu and you have the makings of a great visit!
