How great is this place, the food and rooms are a notch above anything available in Dili. Located just outside on the beach this was without a doubt my best accomodation experience in Timor

We had lunch at this restaurant and glad we visited this place. Such a peaceful dining we have with the warm breeze from the beach. They have good selection food and drink. Tamarind chicken for a recommendation.

Local seafood is very good with good sized servings. On a rock wall just above the water with views across the ocean. Very attentive staff.

Black Rock Restaurant is at Caimeo Beach in Liquica about 27 kilometers from Dili, Timor Leste. The restaurant is part of Caimeo Beach Resort. Caimeo Beach is a pebble beach with palms and clear blue water. The climate is tropical with all year swimming. Black Rock is an open air restaurant where one can see dolphins, whales, views of the islands of Indonesia and magnificent sunsets.The restaurant and Accommodation strive to supply excellent facilities while using local staff and produce. It is providing much needed employment and training in this part of Timor Leste.
