We ate at Cut, Aqua Knox, and Joe's Seafood. While each of those restaurants are incredible in their own way, the distinct flavors of Sushisamba is uniquely memorable. Our waitress prepared a tasting menu. This was an opportunity to try many dishes on the menu....More

We were looking forward to this based on reviews but were disappointed that we spent one of our dinners here. The restaurant seems worn (dated) and our meal was just average. We had salmon sashimi and the pieces were cut very thin and had a...More

I love sushi samba. The tiradito is the best and the tempura shrimp is to die for. We go there every time we make it to Vegas. The staff is great and they take care of you. The only negative would be that it gets...More

We have a Sushisamba in NYC, so it wasn't something that really stood out to me. Sadly two people of my dining group got sick from their meal. I do recommend the rock shrimp. It was delicious.

Food was great. Service was slow. Took ten minutes before we were even offered water. Ordered a nice sake and it paired great with our sashimi. Server was a little gruff but overall did a good job.

Only at SUSHISAMBA will you find a unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine, music and design. Hearty moquecas and colorful seviches are served alongside more inventive dishes, including Tuna Tataki and Wagyu Gyoza. Complementing the menu are signature cocktails made with exotic spirits such as shochu and cachaca and an acclaimed sake list, as well as wine, beer and champagne. Equal parts imagination and history, the SUSHISAMBA experience is truly unique.
