We weren't sure whether we should try this place as it looked way too above our budget , but since it was our last night in Vegas , we decided to splurge . They know this and so do the customers , but it's a well balanced act . They have pleasant entrance with baths laid with petals .Their entrance... More

We ate at Tao on Saturday November 26th and all I can say is that it was great! Service was good and the food was amazing. Then we went to the club after dinner and it was a great night!

We had reservations however despite this we had to wait for over 30 minutes for our table. The hostess at the meet and greet desk was very snooty. The food was nice but nothing to write home about. Overpriced and not worth the money. The cocktails were nice and our waitress was very friendly and attentive. This place is like... More

Went there while we in town for my daughter's birthday. The hostess was beyond rude. Our server was awesome though. I highly recommend the lobster wonton for an appetizer, delicious! We did the filet shabu shabu, wonderful (this is great to share with someone else). We also did the orange chicken and the sausage fried rice, all great. They brought... More

I love this restaurant and order the same thing every time. Be sure to make reservations or just eat earlier in the evening as it gets busy. My two favorite things on the menu are the wasabi crusted filet and the lobster won tons. My son lives the orange chicken. Its a pricey menus but delicious. Although I think their... More

Now this is what I call creative and attention to detail... well done from our first steps to us exiting a good three plus hours later. Our server (Dallon) should be head trainer for the next such resto that opens anywhere in the US or elsewhere. His knowledge of the menu, wines and overall attention to details and more is... More

Had a date night here with my husband. Atmosphere was nice - good decor and nice dim lighting. Food was ok - nothing too extraordinary. Cost comparable to NYC - didn't find it to be too outrageous but I can see how others could let the cost get away from them easily.

Went for a nice dinner and from the moment I walked in the door I felt like I was taking a journey into Asian culture. The decorating of this place was amazing. From the rose petal bathes lining the entrance hall to the artwork on the walls, to the giant Buddha statue that we were seated in front of. The... More

Sushi was well made even though the rice was bland and overcooked. The sauces were very good as was the decor and service. The drinks were very well made. The duck fried rice was terrible. The chef went overboard with kaffir lime leaves. These things taste like a citronella candle. I have a kaffir lime tree and the leaves should... More

Description
Guests are transported from the City of Sin to the Pacific Rim inside TAO Asian Bistro, a 44,000 square-foot, multi-story “Asian City” housing a restaurant, banquet facilities, lounge and nightclub. Lush velvets and silks, waterfalls and century-old woods and stones accentuate the experience, and the restaurant’s signature 20-foot Buddha watches over every corner of the restaurant while floating peacefully above an infinity pool complete with Japanese koi. Corporate Executive Chef Ralph Scamardella has developed a menu for the 400-seat restaurant by incorporating culinary components from China, Japan and Thailand. Signature dishes include offerings from sea, sky and land including Chilean Sea Bass Satay with Wok Roasted Asparagus, a preparation of Peking Duck that consistently receives accolades, and Kobe Beef Shabu Shabu along with a full sushi bar.
