Probably our 2nd favorite so far in the U.S. Really excellent tonkotsu ramen! Lots of flavor but not overly salty. Large bowl, still a bit too much broth for me, and I barely manage to get down the noodles, etc, but so so good! The spicy tonkotsu is also perfect, and the fried rice ($3 for a small) is also... my family and I love to have ramen and this is the best tonkotsu ramen we have ever had in Las Vegas. The place is very small and can only seat so many people at a time. so be prepared to wait for a table. If your whole party is not there at the time table is ready , you... More

One $ and 5 * for sure. In LV Chinatown about 10 minutes west of Stratosphere, also accessible by bus from Fashion Mall. When I got there 11 sharp there was already a line, good sign. Sat at the bar and witnessed authentic ramen in the making. Thick and pasty tonkotsu ladled thru a screen, another good sign. It's traditional... More

I went here on a casual business dinner and I was blown away. The food was awesome! The service was equally good and it did not cost a fortune. I highly recommend it.

Monta has one of the best ramen shops in Las Vegas! It is very inexpensive and delicious. We try to eat there whenever we come to town. One tip is to go there on the off hours. We usually eat lunch at 2-230pm. The wait is shorter. Give it a try!

Very busy place with line out the door and out side. I was by myself so got the last seat at the bar. Had a noodle bowel and was best I had. Service was fast and good especially for as busy as they were. A little hard to find but if you have a car and GPS, no problem.

After living in Japan for years and eating at many ramenya i have developed a desire for delicious and authentic ramen. In Tokyo they are everywhere but here in the West the good places are a real treasure if stumbled upon. Monta Noodle House (Ramenya) is not just a real treasure but for me mana from heaven. The meals in Las Vegas was not fit to my favor. I walked around Las Vegas finding delicious cuisines. A day I found a Ramen shop at China Town. A taste of the noodle is almost same as Japanese one. I remembered my Daikokucho life and refreshed.I strongly recommend this restaurant for Japanese who miss our local meals.
