I choose to visit L'Atelier (the workshop) de Joel Robuchon for my 50th birthday. It was a fantastic choice. We selected the Seasonal Discovery Menu ($195) with wine pairing ($129). This was an amazing experience. The service was exceptional and very personal, and sitting at...More

OMG. My second time here in 20 years and it was just as good as I remember. The tasting menu is worth every penny of the $200+ that I spent on it with the Wagyu beef upgrade.

What an experience! L'Atelier was recommended by a fellow foodie, so I had very high expectations. It exceeded them all! I ate from the food tasting menu and opted to include the wine pairing. All of the courses were delectable morsels of fine French foods....More

We selected Joel Robuchon for our 40th wedding anniversary meal and we were not disappointed. Food, service and ambience were all excellent. We opted for the tasting menu. I have a food allergy and that was not a problem as the menu options were changed...More

After fighting your way through the casino crowds the refined elegance of the magnificent Joel Robuchon foyer and staff is almost like falling down a rabbit hole. This really is dining at its very finest and worth every cent. We were celebrating my wife's birthday...More

I heard really good things about this place but figured it was inflated by the usual Vegas schtick. I was wrong. So wrong. . . . We sat at the counter with a bird's eye view into the kitchen. Met the waiter and then the...More

Right from the opening of the doors to the restaurant to the last dish, my girlfriend and I were constantly excited. The restaurant was small, cozy, and quite elegant with a giant chandelier in the middle. You knew you were in a 3 Michelin Star...More

It doesn't really matter what you get here, it will be amazing! I suggest the full Joel Robuschon experience if you can afford it. We have been to the L'Atelier in Vegas and Paris but Joel Robuschon's next door is a better... More

If you want to.....a cocktail dress is great and a jacket for a man. In Las Vegas people are not too fancy so you can wear something kind of casual. I like to dress accordingly to the place.. You can never be "too elegant... More

You time frame is far too short here. You need at least 3 hours. They do have ala carte but it's not worth going for just 1 dish. It's a 'sit back and relax' sort of dining. The food is excellent!

Description
Winner of Michelin's Three Star, Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond, and Wine Spectator's Grand Award, Joel Robuchon has redefined Las Vegas fine dining. Joel Robuchon was named France's Chef of the Century by the esteemed Gault Millau restaurant guide. Coming out of retirement to open his first restaurant in the United States, Joel Robuchon caters to a sophisticated palate that features a menu of his finer specialties. Limited seating creates the intimacy one can expect from Joel Robuchon. Reservations strongly recommended. Choose from the multi-course tasting menus or order a la carte. Specialties include Le Caviar, a trio dish of thin couscous and Oscetra caviar, smooth cauliflower cream, and delicate gelee of green asparagus.
