I'm a foodie. I am willing to pay well for the best. While this food was certainly "pretty" in it's presentation, the delight of the palate is simply NOT THERE. Tastes were monotonal and flat. Too bad. And at $1,200 for two people who don't...More

We had the tasting menu and each course was memorable and delicious. Among the favorites were "La Laitue" and La Langoustine. I am not usually someone who enjoys red meat but the Waygu beef is a definite must try. This is certainly the most expensive...More

If this review were strictly for the restaurant it would be hands down five stars, despite the extremely high prices, because the food and service were both impeccable. However, as my husband and I are wont to do, we began our experience in the bar...More

Overall dinner at Joel Robuchon was an amazing experience. We did the 17 course tasting menu which was both visually stunning but also incredibly tasty. I’m not a huge fan of langoustine or lobster but I would eat these all day long. While I was...More

I am accustomed to fine dining, but this restaurant brought it to another level. From the most opulent decor to the best service ever. Everything was perfect and every little detail made the meal an experience not to be forgotten. A portable bread bar brought...More

We threw down th gauntlet and ordered the 17 course meal with wine pairing. Every bite was incredible, spectacular, amazing. The thought and execution of each item was flawless. Bread cart took our breath away and desserts were mind blowing. Wines pairings were spot on...More

For our 9th Anniversary we splurged for dinner at Joël Robuchon @ MGM, and it was well worth it! Perfection permeates it atmosphere. We had very comfortable plushy corner-booth seating. The table was set with loose gems (props, not real) lightly scattered on it. No...More

It doesn't really matter what you get here, it will be amazing! I suggest the full Joel Robuschon experience if you can afford it. We have been to the L'Atelier in Vegas and Paris but Joel Robuschon's next door is a better... More

There is absolutely a dress code. They require at least business casual but it is not unusual to see people in cocktail or formal wear. A dinner jacket for men IS REQUIRED. They will give you one to wear if you don't have... More

You time frame is far too short here. You need at least 3 hours. They do have ala carte but it's not worth going for just 1 dish. It's a 'sit back and relax' sort of dining. The food is excellent!

Description
Winner of Michelin's Three Star, Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond, and Wine Spectator's Grand Award, Joel Robuchon has redefined Las Vegas fine dining. Joel Robuchon was named France's Chef of the Century by the esteemed Gault Millau restaurant guide. Coming out of retirement to open his first restaurant in the United States, Joel Robuchon caters to a sophisticated palate that features a menu of his finer specialties. Limited seating creates the intimacy one can expect from Joel Robuchon. Reservations strongly recommended. Choose from the multi-course tasting menus or order a la carte. Specialties include Le Caviar, a trio dish of thin couscous and Oscetra caviar, smooth cauliflower cream, and delicate gelee of green asparagus.
