We like this restaurant on the strip at the corner of Monte Carlo casino (has entryway into the casino) and NY NY. We have been there several times. The food is always good-highly recommend the salsa. Little disappointed this last time with the strawberry margaritas-seemed a little low on tequila, but it won't stop us from going there again.

I have eaten here twice and its been amazing both times. They have a great Happy Hour. Mexican food is always a good choice and I would hope that you choose this place. I will be eating here again. At night this place gets a little crazy too. I like that!!

8 of ate one evening, the menu was a little confusing...several of us brits ordered steak, thinking it would be a steak, actually it was strips of steak that you put in a Tortilla or Taco...still it was tender at least...Nacho's were HUGE, beer cold but overall the food was bland....not at all spicy...and as usual went big of volume... You would think that nachos are a safe bet for a small evening snack? Well, not here. You will get a huge pile of nachos on a plate with some canned stuff and only three slides of meat. Really bad experience.

Diablo's is located in the Monte Carlo hotel and Casino. It has great atmosphere provided by fun decor and personable wait staff. The food was very good and reasonable priced. The house margarita was okay nothing to write home about and the peachberry Rita was very good. Michael was a great waiter!! Fun restaurant!

Pumpin 90's grunge music felt like eating at a concert! The food was good with generous portions, and staff was friendly and helpful. Not sure if it was a good choice for my business meeting on a professional sense, but we had fun and that makes for good business!

Stopped in Diablo's Cantina while walking up the strip. It was mid afternoon and we were a little hungry and needing a margarita. Diablo's didn't disappoint. Had a huge plate of nachos and a delicious margarita.

We had not planned to stop here but were lured in with a couple 2 for 1 drink passes! The food, drink and service were all good. Definitely give it a try!

The atmosphere is 1/2 restaurant/cantina and 1/2 bar. The food was excellent but a little over priced. we were hungry, wanted Mexican and this was the only place close by that we found. We had the Gringo tacos, nachos and a margarita. The waitress was great the food was fast and it tasted great. 3 tacos presented on a bed... More
