Really excellent food and service at this offbeat little bistro. Our table of six enjoyed all the food and drink. Our waiter was very knowledgable and charming.

We have dined here four to five times in the past decade. Consistently excellent food and service. We wish we lived closer to 4th Street Bistro.

We were a little Leary about the location(out of the way) and the look of the building but the service and especially the food more than made up for it. My husband said it's the best place we've eaten in Reno.

My sister and I were referred to this restaurant by some folks at the Nevada Art Museum. We wanted to have dinner at a special place to celebrate my birthday. What a good tip they gave us. Good thing we took a taxi from the Peppermill, because I don't know if I could have found it myself. Not fancy on... More

Don't let the exterior fool you, once inside charming and comfortable. Excellent for the food and very nice wine list. Specialty cocktails were unique and well executed. Our party of four each tried something different and the taste sharing proved that all choices were excellent. Dessert of the night disappeared so quickly, it must have evaporated...it was that good.

We have now been there twice and both dinners were just excellent What I remember about the 2010 visit is that we were raving about our entrees and the wait person asked if we wanted to tell the chef in person! So, we were escorted to the door of the kitchen and had a great conversation with her. this year... More

We stopped in for an early dinner without a reservation on a Saturday night and were seated right away. Heidi our server was very helpful with our food allergies. Dinner was delicious and it was a nice evening. It' a bit expensive for everyday, but a great place for special occasions.

This is my favorite restaurant in Reno. New Orleans influence in the bar results in a perfect Sazerac. Foie Gras appetizer to die for. Waiters always knowledgeable and pair wines well. Duck breast and fish dishes done perfectly. Great and reasonably priced wine list.

Our visit with other members of my family (who are from Reno) was outstanding all the way around. From excellent service to great food and wine, it all clicked and I could tell that it was frequented by locals as opposed to just tourists. It's always a good sign to see the locals turn out as you know you are... More
