Dropped in for an early dinner. Found the restaurant super clean and service excellent. Food recommendations for my needs were right on and enjoyed every moment.

We have been going to this restaurant for a while. In the past 6 months, we have found that the quality of the service staff has improved notably and the service was excellent on our last few visits. The food is consistent, not fancy, just good fresh food.
Claim Jumper is one place I love to eat when I'm in Reno. Plenty of parking and friendly service with a big menu of entrees is always a treat. If you need special treatment, just ask. First time here. Nice decor and interior. Fast at seating us.. Pleasant waitress. Food itself a bit weak. Appears to be more is better - large quantity however we did not find it that good.
I have been to Claim Jumper before but not at this location. The food was good (Ribs) the service excellent and it was a good value. I belong to the Landry club and Claim Jumper is part of their chain. I receive a $25 credit every year during my birthday month at any one of their restaurants in the US.... More
Our server Saieed ( unsure of how to spell it) was wonderful! You tell he's had years of experience and knows his work. He's so friendly and very well spoken! The chicken pot pie is to die for . Don't forget to grab a treat on the way out!!
It was out first time eating here. The staff was very friendly. Even with mistakes in our food we felt very well taken care of. We went 2 days in a row.
