The Best FRIGGIN BURGER. Compared to In and Out, 5 Guys, and Tommy's . The combination of flavours will knock YOUR socks off. The seasoning with French fries is astounding. You can't go wrong when you order the AWFUL AWFUL....IT'S AWFULLY DELICIOUS. It's just left off the "R" in Reno

Stay away..... far away, unless you have an affinity for a large group of people down on their luck in a smelly, dirty establishment. They advertise cheap food, but the hospital bill from eating here could cost you more!

The Awful Awful Burger is an outstanding sandwich served in a small casino diner in downtown Reno.  I first saw it featured on an episode of Food Wars.  I'm a frequent visitor to Reno but had never heard of the Awful Awful, so on my next trip I stopped by the Nugget and gave it a try.  I've been going... Way beyond being a dive, this place is the pits, but in a good way. Local as it can be, the must try is the Awful Awful Burger, 8 ounces of beef with enough French fries to last until your next paycheck. The beef was flavorful on its own, with a good char and fresh veggies, i.e., LTO, the latter... More

This was a very good spot for a cheap late night burger or a cheap breakfast. It's still an OK place but it has lost its luster. The cooking staff is different and I think it's owned by someone else now. Change is not always good.

Thing about this place is, you can't go expecting to hold the values of a 5 Star eating place. Just enjoy the food, don't pay too much attention to sanitation and relax. The Lil Nugget is what it is, and that's how you should view it. Unless a rat runs across your plate, adapt to the atmosphere and take it... More

This place is truly located in a dive casino and if you can get past the stale casino funk smell to get to it, you're home free. It really is a greasy burger joint which you'll love if you're into that sort of place. The portions are huge and a burger and fries will run you just over $10. The... More

small grill diner in the back of the small Little Nugget Casino in downtown Reno. Reminded me of the old SNL "cheeseburger cheeseburger" skit. Order your food at the counter and hope you can find a seat at one of the few tables. Delicious Awful Awful burger served with enough fries for 3 people

This place is small, hidden if you blink you miss it. But if you find it, what a gem it is. Unique, with tons of character and the service and food is awesome!

Rude Ryan (manager) greets you yelling. Went to order food, 1 order guy, 1 cook, line out the door. Rude Ryan comes in yelling again. No help just yelling. Sat at poker bar, put in $50 again bawls me out. "No $20 no drink?? " Confused put in $50. Receive cold food. Bawls our group out again. In our community... More
