This is down home cooking. The food is great, service very good and reasonably priced. Burgers are awesome.

I was real excited to finally try this place, I was a little disappointed, the prices are higher than I expected. The food was good, and portion size was good. One of the few places open to eat dinner on Xmas day. Food was delicious and plentiful. Staff very friendly. Close to the Nugett Casino
There are all kinds of restaurants in this area to eat breakfast and Black Bear never disappoints when I want a good, filling breakfast. Our party had everything from oatmeal to eggs and everyone was satisfied. Always good service.
Black Bear Diner is a chain in the western US that strives for a "local diner" feel. The service is excellent. Tammy and Taylor are so efficient as well as friendly. The food is delicious. If you want a terrific hamburger come to Black Bear. They give you huge serving that you could easily split. The price is very reasonable.

The restaurant reminds me of a down to earth country eatery. The service was good. The portions are well sized. We split a burger and fries and portion was large. The burger was really thick and had a hard time fitting in mouth but was very tasty we shared a coconut cream pie and it was huge
