Spenr the night in Winnemucca while heading home after Thanksgiving and stopped in at The Griddle for breakfast. It was early and they didn't have a lot of customers yet but we were greeted promptly and told to.take whatever seats we wanted. Everyone that worked there was very friendly and the service was good. I had the corned beef hash... More

We have eaten at The Griddle in Winnemucca, NV a handful of times as we drive through or stay there on our travels. They recently opened one in Boise, ID and it is also very good. Occasionally there is a short wait when it is busy. The wait staff can be a little more attentive or quick on service, but... More

While traveling home from Utah to California we stopped in Winnemucca for lunch and worried that our only options were going to be casino cafes. Much to our surprise we found this little jewel in the heart of town and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food that we found. Known for their breakfasts, we had breakfast and found... Had lunch... great beet salad but very average hamburger. Fries are not awesome at all... soggy. People were super friendly but really average food.

They have a very extensive breakfast menu with lots of interesting options. I had eggs, toast, and a hot stack with chocolate chips. Yummy! My wife a pulled pork and chilies and cheese omelette and the red flannel hash. Also, very good. Service was very prompt. Will go back whenever we are in the area.

Traveling through town we checked TripAdvisor for a good breakfast place. Yes! TripAdvisor came through again! We stopped at The Griddle! Warm welcome and great coffee met us at the door! Wide list of choices on the menu from unusual specials, creative breakfasts with eggs and meats, as well as a huge variety of homemade hot cakes, waffles, French toast... More

It was okay, the service staff was nice food a bit cold.it was about the same quality of Dennys. I've eaten in 3 other local restaurants, but prefer the hotel's breakfast.

Enjoyed a breakfast here. It is a very popular place with the locals and travelers alike. It does get pretty busy but the staff seems to have a good handle on things. I had eggs benedict which was surprisingly good for a diner type place. The hubby had corned beef hash and said it was very good. G-son had thick... More

We stopped in on the way to Reno. Very cool pace. Old fashion decor with old fashioned cooking. The portions are fairly big so you could share if you're a lighter eater. I had the Reuben and of course the homeade fries. Thought the sandwich was a little short on the meat but it was very tasty as were the... More
