Good food, good location. Service is unaccountably poor given this place is never crowded. Not sure why they can't be faster and more attentive. Still worth a visit.

Our food was very good. However, the ambiance was cold, both real and sensory. You should not have to eat dinner wearing your coat, even in New Hampshire in winter. We were told that the restaurant has no control over the temperature in the room (!?!). The design of the place is starkly industrial, with metal tables and hard floors.... More

I have been to Market Table at least ten times. I have never been disappointed. The food is fresh and the menu is seasonal. The wine is very good.

On Friday night we had dinner at Market Table and we were all extremely impressed from beginning to end! The focaccia was amazing. We tried the risotto, duck and pork belly. Everything was delicious. We have eaten in all of the restaurants in the area and would definitively rate this the best. We will be back. The service may not... More

We were able to get a table here on a Saturday night without reservations. Although the menu was short, everything listed was unique and interesting. I would highly recommend the dessert sampler.

The Market Table is upscale, yet casual, and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is unique in that it is possible to order items from the take out bar or to eat in the restaurant. Items in the take out bar are varied and all very interesting, including a quinoa dish, pasta salad and even handmade truffles. There is also... More

Market table serves fresh local food and beautiful baked goods. Setting is industrial-chic and menu limited. However, our belts were loaded with perfectly ripe heirloom tomatoes, sumptuous bacon, on a toothsome, crusty baguette. Side was a lightly dressed green salad, very good foil for the richness. Service was harried, but pleasant when obtainable. We purchased some beautiful meringues and a... More

We tried Market Table on our second morning in Hanover (the first we were at Lou's, of course). We dined inside out of the heat, but the outdoor seating looked very nice. The place was surprisingly quiet, probably because it's a bit off the beaten path (basically around the corner from the main strip so not far away at all).... More

My husband & myself were looking to go out to breakfast, so thought we would try the Market Table. We are in our mid 70's & like American food. Market Table was not our regular breakfast fair.
