Looking forward to some really fresh from the sea New England fish for lunch, the three of us were highly satisfied with their Fish and Chips + Draft Harp Beer luncheon offering. On a side street in the downtown area of Manchester, it was sunny and pleasant enough to sit outside. Kelsey, our server, provided prompt and professional service.

They play the 6 nations rugby here, its a $20 surcharge but you get a nice breakfast and are able to watch the game!

Have eaten here a few times over the years but don't think we'll be back. Our party of four visited a couple weeks ago and only one person enjoyed their meal. One ordered the Rover Turkey Club and the turkey was sour. Another ordered the Bison Burger which is typically a melt in your mouth type of meat and he... More

Stopped by for breakfast and they did eggs benny on corned beef hash pretty good. A couple locals were talking to the bartender about the previous evening they were in the bar and the bartenders were witty and very pleasant. Bartenders even recommended areas in the city to check out when they heard we were passing through town.

Have been a few times now and the last two times the band called "Songs with Molly" played. Pretty good band! Had the general munchie foods, potatoes skins, chicken tenders, etc. and all very good, with decent portions. Service was pretty good, but would have been a little quicker if they had another person working it. Recommend this place for... More

Visited on a Friday night and they made room for 9 of us. They had a small but decent selection of beers, including a good pale ale they said was their own. The atmosphere was nice and they had a pretty good singer/guitar player. The wait staff was pleasant but either slow or over-stretched. They were out of their signature... More

The Wild Rover has gone through several incarnations. When I first started going there they had a vibrant irish culture. Marty Quirk sang on Wednesdays and thursdays to a packed crowd. Billy, Jessica, and Kristine new everyone by name and treated them like family. The food was stick-to-your-ribs good. and it was always lively when the Sox, Bruins, Patriots, or... More

This restaurant is one of our favorites when in the Manchester area. Nothing fancy, with a smattering of high tops and regular tables, attended by a friendly, competent staff. The food is consistently good, and we have yet to be disappointed.
