Such a cute little place! Good food and coffee. Especially liked the pancakes and turkey club. Will be back!

I always order breakfast here no matter what time of day I visit, breakfast with onion rings. Their onion rings are amazing, I highly recommend them. The breakfast choices are plentiful along with the servings of food. On top of that, it is always delicious. The home fries are seasoned just right and I believe the toast is made with... More

Three cousins, my wife and I were looking for a place for lunch so I followed the reviews on Tripadvisor and could not have been more pleased, the meals and service was excellent . We had three haddock sandwiches, one Rubin and a Swiss Mushroom burger. I will surely return when in the area.

they make this awesome strawberry pancake. My daughter, granddaughter and I fought over the pancake the 1st time it came w/ my breakfast eggs. I made the mistake of saying how good it was and they wanted a taste and the nice person that I am I let them. that was the mistake! They kept trying to sneak a piece... More

This is your typical hometown diner with really good food. They have lunch things on the menu but I've always gone for breakfast. They have a long counter, a few booths and some tables in the back. The food can be expensive or really reasonable depending on what you order. Good service even though the waitresses are always working their... More

I have enjoyed both lunches & dinner here. Given I've returned you can assume the staff is friendly & attentive. Large filling breakfasts which are served all day. Home style comfort foods served for lunch & dinner. Meals served hot, to taste with plenty to fill you up. Only problem you might have is deciding what to eat from their... More

The Hometown Diner is our favorite in the Jaffrey/Rindge area. In addition to great service, the owner and waitresses are fun and very personable! The food is terrific! We love the seafood here but the breakfasts dishes are also great!

I stop here whenever I am in the area, which sadly is only a few times per year. I've only had breakfast, and it is always excellent. My only gripe is that the counter stools are terribly uncomfortable, and the booths do not look too accommodating for my large frame. But that will not deter me from returning!

Tried the Diner for the first time tonight and was pleased. I had the chicken bacon ranch burger with fries. Both were perfect. My fiance had the special Jambalaya which was also good. Clean friendly environment.

We saw this beautifully restored 1949 diner and decided to stop for lunch. The staff were very friendly, the food was delicious - we had a cup of homemade tomato soup, a cup of chilli and a tasty BLT with a huge portion of crispy fries made from real potatoes. The food arrived quickly but had obviously been cooked to... More
