Stopped in for lunch . Smells delicious walking iin, nice little place looks like the menu changes daily. Had lingua (tongue) platter, rice beans potatoe salad. The serving was HUGE and just amazing , tender tasty flavorful.... Staff was helpful in explaining the menu specials will go back.

Walk into Minos, ask what is available. Everything is good, price amazingly low. Traditional Paraguayan food, prepared with attention and love.
