Decided to spend valentines in New Hope which is near to this restaurant. This was my first time here, but not according to hubby. After our initial debate, and forced memories, we came to the conclusion he must have been there with someone else...hmmm...well I just decided to enjoy lunch, and enjoy the weekend. We ordered the soup and sandwich... More

Nice Menu, great beer selection. Fun atmosphere. Great comfort food on a warm winter's night. Plus a very friendly wait staff.

This is a great British pub in an old Historic building. We sat at the bar and had lunch and drinks, the fish and chips are fantastic. They brew their own beer all English style ales.I had The cask drawn bitter, loved it. The woman behind the bar was funny and super friendly. Its a little out of the way... More

Love this place. We live at the Jersey Shore and actually take a day trip up to Milford to visit the Ship Inn for lunch. Love the fish and chips and the English stout type beers. Burgers are tried and true, excellent flavor. They serve a true Sheperd's Pie dish that is outstanding. Nice bar to hang out and enjoy... More

The Fish & chips was just right and the house made tartar sauce was great. The adult mac & cheese was creamy with a cheddar tang and such a large portion that we needed to get a togo container. The bartender gave a great pour on our well drinks too. We are no beer drinkers, but we heard nice comments... More

This place is worth a trip down to the small town of Milford on the banks of the mighty Delaware River. The atmosphere is classic brew pub from the entry room to the bar to tin ceiling to the bright side dining area. The food is good, not great, but where have you seen Scottish Eggs on the menu recently.... More

Tiny Milford, NJ has The Ships Inn. If on PA Rt 611 / Rt 32, cross the bridge (pull in your mirrors if possible, I mean tiny bridge) to NJ (free) and visit this place. British theme Pub with great food. Bar and seating area. We had Mac & cheese. Bacon on mine, ham in hers. But not spread on... More

My husband and I enjoyed the Ship Inn. Our dinner was good, maybe not great, but good. The shepherd's pie was yummy, I thought it could have been a larger portion though. My husband ordered chicken curry and that was yummy with chutneys and bread for dipping. I was done way before him because my portion was pretty small. The... More
