I believe they serve breakfast all day. Extensive menu, ample portions, delicious food. Room was packed with wait line out onto the sidewalk. They have outdoor seating in the nicer weather.

PJ's is a Princeton institution, especially for breakfast and especially for pancakes. Last time I went I had eggs benedicite for breakfast. They were beautiful and good-tasting. The coffee is excellent. Everything is served nice and hot. The ambiance is special and vibrant although not too noisy. In good weather, you can sit outdoors. Great place for visitors, students and... More

This is a variable place for breakfast. Kids will love the variety to the pancakes. The usual breakfast is to wait for since it is crowded for Sunday brunch.

Princeton has long been in need of a truly great breakfast place, and PJ's is still not quite it. Yes, it's a tradition, but the standards are just not quite where I want them to be. Quality can be uneven; service is often erratic (or even surly); and I would forgive this if the prices weren't on the high side.... More

We went on a Thursday around 11am over the week between Christmas and NYE, thinking there would be less people than what we’ve seen waiting outside while walking through Princeton. No such luck. The woman behind us said she had been going there for 54 years, so coupled with the line, you know it had to be good. I did... More

The pancakes were good, not great. Certainly better than IHOP, but when you pay $20 per person for pancakes bacon and coffee (outrageous) shouldn't the top pancake be right side up? Not looking for astounding presentation, but how about plating correctly. Expecially when you are charging a premium.

Breakfast in America is legendary ...and this was an example !! The French toast is to die for and that in itself makes it worth another visit !

We had breakfast with our nephew, a Princeton student. The food was good and the wait staff handled all allergy issues without a problem. The restaurant is busy so you may have to wait but it is worth it.
