Have been visiting Perea's Tijuana Bar in Corrales for years. It is a friendly place. You can have a good lunch, or just stop by for a beer. This is a historic building started by a well known family in the area. We have promised ourselves to visit more often. It is a friendly atmosphere...

This was a regular for us when we lived in Corrales and is a must visit each time we return to the area. The New Mexican style food is still the best around for taste, portions and price. Service is one of the friendliest. Their goal is to provide their guest with a great meal. Located in an historic home.... More

My wife and I have driven by this place so many times but never went in because it looked a bit scary on the outside. Tijuana Bar painted on the side of adobe wall left us weary. The other day, I read a few reviews on Trip Advisor, and decided we should give it a go. We parked in back,... More

The service was good, eceryone was friendly, the prices were low, the green chile burgers (handmade burgers, very juicy, you had to put on your own chile, needed salt and neither the red or green chile blew me away) with a bag of chips were good ... a nice "neighborhood" feel, if not necessarily a foodie destination. A nice lunch.

Delicious! The waitress was so nice and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. The owner was just as nice. The food was home cooked, no flavor enhancers, little salt so it left room for you to add salt to your taste. We left very satisfied and didn't feel sick the rest of the day so you... More

I've been back to Corrales NM and was introduced to this cozy place by a local friend. Excellent traditional NM food. You can build your own meal according to your diet/liking. Tortillas and sapapillas are delicious. The green chilies are the real thing. Nice NM style patio to enjoy before winter. Very reasonable prices and a wonderful and knowledgeable service... More

I have lunch here every Saturday. Love this part of Corrales! John bartends like an age old friend. Everyone is always welcoming despite what might be going on in their lives.
