This place has so many items for sale that I spent 2 hours and didn't make it through the store. They have beautiful native American jewelry and crafts,dolls,t-shirts,food and knick knacks galore. They also have gas.

So glad we stopped!! We saw this place while we were headed east but didn't stop. On our way back to CA we stopped for gas and to take a peek at the store. Such a terrific place!! First of all, it is CLEAN and SMELLS GOOD! That alone made me stay and look longer. :D The exterior "store front"... More

Fresh cookies and friendly employees...who could ask for more? I consider them my friends now that I frequently travel between Silver City and Las Cruces...always stop and chat on the way back. Love their jewelry as well!

We always stop here on our way to Las Cruces from Silver City, .NM. The people are always friendly. Bathrooms are always clean. Their cookies are made fresh daily, and include fresh pecans. We usually buy something for a family member's souvenir and mail it to them. A great stop for a stretch, plenty of room to walk the dogs.... More

More than a gift shop, it's a great place to break up the monotony of a road trip. The bathrooms are very clean and they sell snacks and some grocery items. But it is a huge gift shop, complete with T-shirts and kitsch as well as talavera pottery and some nicer items.

This is a HUGE gift shop/ gas station every souvenir you could possibly imagine! The bathrooms were very clean and the staff were super friendly. Prices are right too. They were baking cinnamon rolls for purchase the day we were there and the entire store smelled so good! So glad we stopped!

I had spent the day pedaling from Old MesillaNM, and was exhausted from battling mild Westerly headwinds on I-10 going West to my overnight goal of Deming. There was no question that I was going to stop at the first possible chance of something to nourish my worn body, and, after several billboards, I knew it would be Bowlin's Akela... More
