This was recommended to us by our local hotel and the food was simple and nice. However, it was interesting to note that for a mexican cuisine they served no rice. Our kids were a bit bummed. Good experience overall.

This is a genuine southwest Spanish food. The place has quirky decor, bright and colorful. It is not a tablecloth restaurant it is great New Mexican food with green chilies, pisole and corn tortillas. If you like greasy, boring Tex-Mex go to Taco-bell. This is...More

A perfectly unique, perfectly New Mexican, PERFECTLY Taos experience. It's small inside. But youget to wait (in the winter) outside by a blazing wood fire, or in the summer that outdoor area becomes additional tables and chairs with umbrellas for an exquisite al fresco environment....More

I had the tamale plate and it was delicioso! Definitely recommended, but if it is cold or windy, try to get a seat inside rather than on the enclosed front porch. Also there is outside seating for warmer days. Everyone absolutely loved their food. Muy...More

A friend and I were on a ski trip to Taos. Orlando's was recommended and it didn't disappoint. It is a small cozy place with a neat environment. The food was really special and unique. Great service. A really special place. You won't be disappointed.

No. Orlandos does not take reservations. It's best to go early because it's very popular.
