I come here nearly every visit to Taos, which is a couple of times a year. Great food, very reasonably priced. It is a Taos staple.

Stayed in Taos a couple nights on a vacation and my family and I voted on trying here right before we left the town. Great place to eat, we all had wonderful food (especially the Nachos Grande with chicken appetizer) and our waiter was a very nice person and was moving around helping other customers frequently as well. A bit... More

Good food, reasonable prices. Not a lot of space inside and seems a little cramped but not overly so. There is a small hut with a fire inside for waiting or chairs surrounds a pit fire. The green chili was really spicy and good with cheese enchiladas; the chili rellanos come highly recommended. Service was quick and efficient if not... More

We had to wait for 15', but was nice next to the campfire. Food and staff very good. Prices are according to the food. The restaurant is small.

This is the real deal. Small local-family cafe with great home-made new mexican food, great ambiance and decor. A fave of locals (like me) as well as visitors. It's so small that you sometimes have to wait outside, but they have a big bonfire for folks to sit around, very friendly and relaxed. I send my Airbnb guests here, and... More

A big favorite with locals and out-of-towners alike. Family run and it shows. Fun ambience, nice outdoor seating in season, friendly wait staff.

Orlando's is a favorite authentic New Mexican restaurant in Taos. The interior is brightly painted and decorated in a Mexican cantina theme. The food is consistent and not very spicy which makes it perfect for people who are trying New Mexican food for the first time. The food quality is very good but not exceptional, but the service is always... More

We stopped here for lunch after leaving the Taos Pueblo (it's very close), the restaurant is small but we were seated right away. I had the chicken nachos & my husband had the shrimp tacos, everything was very flavorful and it was probably one of the best meals we had while in NM for almost a week. They could have... More

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Taos for northern New Mexican cuisine! Every time we go the food and service is consistent. I absolutely LOVE their posole and both the Red and Green have a tasty kick. I recommend to any visitors looking to get their New Mexican Grandma cooking fix!
